We are seeking female Telesales Agents for a UAE-based telecommunication campaign (DU TELECOM) on the Morning Shift.

Job Details:
- Position: Telesales Agent (Female Only)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 per month (with uncapped commission)
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: Block 14, Gulshan-e-Johar
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to customers for telecommunication services (DU TELECOM).
- Provide product and service information to potential clients
- Convince and convert leads into sales
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by answering questions and resolving issues
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Job Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Urdu
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Selling Skills: Ability to persuade and convince customers
- Age: Between 18 to 30 years
- Marital Status: Single
- Fresh or up to one year of telesales experience
